96 historical polling files are intentionally omitted and explicitly indexed; no claim of full original-log retention is made.
PASS: offline latest-run classifier and ordered leaf timestamp/inventory-revision assertions (see offline-analysis.json).
SHA256SUMS is generated after these analysis/verification files; verify it with shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS after checkout. It excludes only itself.
